The ACCC is the governing body on what can and cannot be advertised, and in what manner. Due to the product being fictional, the sections outlining how the advertisement cannot be misleading is not relevant. This can be seen in my advertisement, as it is impossible to provide hearing to deaf people.

 

Once the content of the advertisement is addressed, the format of the media can vary depending on the broadcaster. This Adobe thread outlines some of the many formats that can be used. The most common is that the size has to be HD Widescreen – to cater for the prelevance of HD tvs and stations. This resolution is 1080 x 1920.
